Nice house only 9/10 mile from track!! Bottom floor area has 2 bedrooms full bath, a full kitchen a large den which will double for the second bedroom.It has just been remoldeled. It is located 9/10 mile from the tract. You can see the track from the yard. Owner will remain in the house on the upper level. It has its own entrance. I would like a 2 night minimum with extended stay available. No smoking or pets and alcohol is ok but not in excess. $500 a night for the entire floor. n/a
