ENJOY THE RACES – AND RELAX ON THE SHORE OF SOUTH HOLSTON LAKE, VIRGINIA

Two secluded homes on a single piece of lake front property, only 22 miles by back roads from the Bristol Motor Speedway and only nine miles off Exit 17 (Historical Abingdon, VA) of I-81. Both houses have vaulted ceilings and outside decks with serene, beautiful views of the lake. Houses are routinely visited by deer, and lake is full of waterfowl. Main house has two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed) as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room and a full bath. Main house can easily sleep five. Upper house has one bedroom with a double bed plus a loft with one double bed and one single bed, providing sleeping space for five. Upper house has a full bath on the main floor and an additional bath/shower in the garage/basement. Both houses have fully equipped kitchens and are alarmed for security. Public boat ramp is located approximately a mile from the houses, and the property has stairs leading to a dock on the lake. Both houses have cable television and the lower house is equipped with wireless internet access. Both houses have washer, dryer, and dish washer. We request no smoking and no indoor pets. I have available a Bed & Breakfast suite in a seperate wing of my house (private) which is located on a working horse farm. The rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and supplied with luxury linens. They are available for one couple only. The farm is located approximately 10 miles from Bristol Race Track. We will provide transportation (1) to and from the airport and (2) to and from a shuttle drop-off point on race nights. A complimentary bottle of champagne will await guests on the day of their arrival, and a full breakfast is included in the price. Parking is available for RVs or horse trailers, and full board for two horses is included in the price. I require a minimum of two nights stay; there is no maximum. Beautiful Home in the Mountains

Large 4000 square foot 4 bedroom home in the beautiful mountains of Unicoi which is 28 miles from BMS (30-35 min via I-26 and 11 E)  It is completely furnished upstairs and down. The upstairs has a large master bedroom suite with private bath and queen bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and private, but not attached bath. The lower level bedrooms #3 and #4 each have full sized beds. There is a sofa bed downstairs. About 40 mi. from Bristol TN via I81, Our private, secluded cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bed in loft with private toilet, 1 full futon in private family room, dining area, and 1 full bath on the first floor with lots of hot water. It has CH&A, 2 bedrooms-one is queen and other is full size bed. It also has 2 baths, one is full bath and other shower no bathtub. It also has W&D. It has TV, VCR, and DVD player. Full use of home for week. If there are any children there is a trampoline in yard to play on. Currently no cable hooked up. Minimum stay is 2 nights. N/A
