The home is 105 years old, so it has a historical charm about it Rate is $100 per room per night and we require a 2-night minimum.

Renters may pay using paypal, money orders, or send cash in advance. Once we receive payment, owner will send directions to the renter.

Owners will be staying upstairs away from the renters. We will also be working, so we won't be around all that much. Pets are welcome if they remain outdoors. Home is on 1.5 acres of privacy.

Non-smoking efficiency rooms.  Each room sleeps 4 persons; refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, private bath. 1 mile or so north of BMS.  $100 per person, per night. Minimum of 3 nights.  Golf package available for $75.00 extra.
